Rates
We take pride in ensuring that the prices you are offered are the same wherever you find us.
- Studio: $130 – $145 (maximum capacity 2 people)
- One bedroom cottage: $130 – $145 (maximum capacity 4 people)
- Two bedroom cottage: $150 – $160 (maximum capacity 6 people)
These prices are based on 2 adults in a room. Extra people are charged at:
- Adults (16+) $25 per night
- Children (2 – 15) $15 per night
- Infants are free
Please call us on +64 3 478 0155 if you are booking on the same day as your intended arrival so that we can get your room ready.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made directly with the motel office. We ask that you provide us with more than 24hours notice if you wish to cancel / amend your booking.
Cancelling within 24hours of your stated arrival time will incur a 100% penalty.
We will make every effort to re-book and if successful we will not charge you.
